Joseph grew up in affordable housing in Brooklyn NY. This experience shaped his future from his earliest memories. Living in affordable housing prompted a motivation to get a great education and to pursue his dreams. It also instilled in him a great sense of community, looking after neighbors and friends and the pride that comes with sharing your time, knowledge and resources with those in need.

First in his family to graduate from a 4 year university, Joseph completed his degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from NYU and immediately jumped into demanding roles in the NY hotel and restaurant scene.

Opened his first business, a bar/night club, in Hoboken NJ in 1998 and over the course of 20 years, owned and operated several successful bars and other businesses.

Began investing in real estate in 2001 and continues to grow a thriving real estate portfolio and property management company in Hudson County, NJ.

Active in volunteerism and community service, Joseph led 3 mission trips to Dominican Republic bringing fire trucks and thousands of pieces of fire equipment and gear to dozens of municipalities in need on the island.

In 2019 he worked in partnership with his local community of Hoboken NJ to bring police cars to Puerto Rico and is currently coordinating additional donations.

Has held board seats with several organizations including Executive Committee Member, Hoboken Democratic Committee; Director, NJ License Beverage Association; current Passaic Affordable Housing Coalition; current President Elect of Jersey City Rotary Club.

Active community member sponsoring sports teams for children, volunteering in local board of education and city council elections, and an overall spirit of hands-on support for charities and events that help communities and people in need.
